Hi Pam. I wouldn't really say I have any "secrets to my success". What I do is I REALLY work my data base. I regularly contact the people on my "A" Team and I always ask for referrals. In 2007 50% of my business was from referrals from my "A" Team. My "A" team are the people who I know are my fans and would definitely refer me if they knew of someone planning to buy or sell. I am a 100 Days of Greatness Mentor (The Brian Buffini Program) I am a huge fan of this program. If you ever have the opportunity to take a 100 Days of Greatness class I would highly recommend it.
