The RE/MAX website continues to pick up steam in terms of Real Estate traffic. RE/MAX is now the #3 Real Estate website overall and the #1 Real Estate company website. One of the biggest advantages of the RE/MAX site is that it offers the consumer the opportunity to see the majority of the listings on the internet (over 92%). If you go to the websites of the other major franchises you are only going to see listings for that particular franchise.
Most consumers do not want to jump from site to site trying to find listings. Giving the consumer the ability to see most of the listings from one portal is a tremendous advantage. When a consumer logs onto the RE/MAX.com site they are able to view listings from Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, and others.
This brings more business to RE/MAX agents and allows for more exposure for our clients properties. The internet is one of the most important vehicles for marketing your home on-line. Surveys continue to indicate that over 80% of all buyers search and find their eventual home from the internet.
Surveys indicate that the New England Region is one of the five most popular areas for consumer searches from RE/MAX.com

Bill, there's no doubt that RE/MAX is #1 in presence, not just on the internet, but on television, radio, and print advertising as well.
Brian - SO true. I can't imagine working for another company. I joined RE/MAX in 1996. I wish I had joined years earlier. There is no question that RE/MAX is an outstanding franchise.
I have been with the company for 1 month. I just got my third house under contract and have several leads that I am working straight from RE/MAX. Wonderful Company.
Cassie - Thats awesome news. I am sure it feels great to have immediate success jumping from another company. I am not surprised at all - keep up the great work!
(((sigh)))
Missy - You would make a great owner of your own RE/MAX franchise out in Michigan :)
Bill - these are awesome facts! Re/Max is pretty big around here. You have certainly become succesful working for them. I agree with you....Missy would make great owner!
Linda - I am surprised you are not with RE/MAX. I started my career at Prudential and maing the move to RE/MAX was a very profitable change. I would never leave RE/MAX. Missy would be great as an owner for sure!
Hi Bill - red, white and blue! Over the years I've been in real estate up here, I've been with C-21, Prudential, and RE/MAX - wouldn't trade RE/MAX for anything!
Missy - I hear ya with that 'sigh'........
Ann
Ann - I couldn't see myself anywhere else, especially at a "traditional company" where the manager or owner makes the marketing decisions. I love the fact I control my own business and can be an entrepreneur.
Bill - Very impressive statistics. A solid web presence is more crucial now than ever.
Tom - Your a good man. I have a lot of respect for Coldwell Banker as a company. There are quite a few good agents that work for them in my area. Don't get me wrong I would never want to leave RE/MAX - I want control of my business and RE/MAX is the best company for that. Actually I am surprised given your personality that you are not with RE/MAX?
Ahhh! RE/MAX! I have never been with another company and do not intend to go anywhere else! The amount of marketing dollars spent by RE/MAX International is simply staggering.
Darryl - It is amazing how RE/MAX spends so much more on advertising the brand than other companies. It certainly does make quite an impression. I love seeing all the spots on TV as well as all the sponsorships they have with sports teams.
