Get Residential Green Projects Humming: Tools for Designers Energy efficient and healthy spaces are in demand in the residential market. Yet there isn't a clear path for architects to guide homeowners in making choices for the for their green homes. Should you use a rating system as a basis for design? When should the contractor be engaged? How important is HERS testing? What tax credits are available? How should the process be managed so that the client's goals are met cost-effectively? By attending the program, you'll learn:

  • How to make energy efficiency healthy

  • RemRate Analysis software, HERS Index, and Energy Star Guidelines
