RICARDO: Thanks for your comment. The home search is very easy. No pesky calls from me or anyone during the process. Review the e-mails and let me know when you have questions about a home or want to go see one.
TINA: Thanks for your comment. I'm sure that many will -- I know that many do already.
LISA: Thanks for your comment. Lots of people sign up for my service and I've had clients call me a year later and want to see some homes and then purchase.
BILL: Thanks for your comment and compliment.
BILL: Aww Shucks!
Brian - We use a similiar service up here is MASS. It is a godsend because it makes it so easy to track your buyer clients and the homes that may be suitable for them. Good luck with it.
It's still hard for the A-types to let go of their direct searching.
BILL: Three Bills in a row with comments. That must be some sort of a record. Thanks for your comment.
SCOTT: That is true. Some people wish to be more hands-on. Not to worry... I've got ways for them to do that too.
I agree!!! With I think 13,000 (last I heard) on the market in this area...why would anyone want to go through that when you can have someone else do it for you!
NAOMA: Thanks for your comment. My thoughts exactly.
Cool Marketing..., did you pick that name, or is it from your Franchise?
Smart, smart, smart, Brian! I'll bet your clients love the new service. . .so much better than newprint on the hands!
KATHY: Thanks for your comment. I picked the name myself.
LORI: Thanks for your comment. Who wants newsprint on their hands these days?
Great Post. What a nice job you did with that. Very impressive.
STELLA: Thanks for your comment and compliment.
Brian, what a great and innovative way to advertise this! Good for you! Hope you get tons and tons of sign ups.
IRINA: Thanks for your comment -- it's been a very successful system so far and one that potential clients seem to find useful.
