My Brokerage Change is Official

As of February 1st I am no longer affiliated with my former brokerage and have now joined Cramer Realty Inc. serving the west side of Iowa and all of Southern Iowa as a real estate salesperson and auctioneer.  I will continue to serve the rural community selling farm land, hunting land and acreages.  As the owner of Loess Hills Acreages and a member of the Land And Game Team I focus my entire attention on all things rural and my new brokerage gives me the much needed flexibility to do this.   

I can not even begin to tell you how excited I am about working with the great folks at Cramer Realty or how much I am going to miss some of the folks at my former office.   Lary Gaver was my mentor and helped me cut my teeth in real estate.  Lary is the most knowledgeable agent I have ever met.  In addition to his knowledge he was also very helpful and I am sure when I was new I drove him crazy calling him with questions all of the time!  I thanked Lary for his help in this business but wanted to thank him publicly here on my blog.  Lary you made a difference and I'll never forget that.  Thank you!

As I move on I marvel at the opportunity to work with Rod White in the hunting land business.  Rod as I have mentioned before is an accomplished whitetail hunter, Olympic Gold Metalist, TV personality, Gander Mountain Pro-Staffer among many things.  Rod's dedication is unmatched, his drive and determination is incredible and his ability to get results is uncanny!  I am very excited about this.

2008 promises to be a very interesting year for me as I roll out Farms of Iowa and Loess Hills Acreages continues to grow along with all of the great events we have planned for the Land And Game Team throughout the Midwest.  In the near future we will be travelling to Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, and Minnesota to the series of Deer Classics with our VERY COOL and new interactive display.  You have to see this thing, its great.  This summer we have a host of seminars and county fair booths planned to connect with land owners and show why we are different and how we can help.  Keep your eye on my blog for future updates and additional information on new things to come!
