Foreclosure, Short Sales, REO, Bank Owned Properties - all seem to get flagged on Craigslist?

I have legitimate REO properties, and I get flagged down within 15 minutes of posting - is it jealous Realtors, or is it Craigslist ???

And as far as using the word FORECLOSURE in my title on craigslist - it never even makes it to the list - its just gone???

Any advice, suggestions, help ???

Hopefully clients can find my listings through here - active rain actually does very good for my listings.

The thing that frustrates me is that there is an assumption that one can figure out why they got flagged and canned.  I don't know the answer, but I have had legit ads killed by the system and had more "questionable" ones survive...

If they would tell us why they were flagging, perhaps we could adjust the ads to comply with whatever the rule is. I wonder if there are a lot of "stop foreclosure now" type ads from high pressure sales folks out there so they just flag them all?

Its just one big mystery - I know the foreclosure part - if you look at the top of the page on real estate - there is the big FORECLOSURE ALERT - so I think they  just flat do not publish anything with Foreclosure in the title ?

 

But the rest - ????
