Breckenridge Colorado Ice Skating at Maggie Pond

Wow it's been four years since Maggie Pond in Breckenridge Colorado has be open for ice skating. On Saturday the pond will be open from 5 -8 p.m. There will be music, refreshments and an appearance by the skating mascot, "SnowBall," to help welcome visitors for this Grand Re-Opening.

Regular hours for ice-skating will be daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. A professional Zamboni machine will resurface the pond daily. Ice-skate rentals will be available through Breckenridge Sports in the Village Plaza area. The Maggie Pond is located just behind The Village at Breckenridge and Main Street Station at the base of Peak 9. This is a great inexpensive way to treat the whole family.

You can't beat the breathtaking back drop of the Breckenridge ski area Directly behind the pond. After skating take a stroll along Breckenridge main street for a fun Victorian shopping experience.
