January 2008 Real Estate Market Condition Report for

Vancouver Washington's East MLS Areas

This report is a simple tabulation of Vancouver, Washington's east-area homes in the real estate data base, separated into price ranges, and: Active, Pending and Sold categories, for the Historical month of January, 2008.

This month has about 88 more homes in the active category, and the average days on the market has dropped to 109 days. For the listings that are agreeing to offers the average time on the market is about 89 days, which is 7 days more than last month. The number of Pending sales has gone from 83 to 137 -- the Buyers are back!

For 2007 the RMLS data is showing the Average home Selling Price for these Vancouver areas ranging from: $238,200 to $317,300; and the Median Selling Price ranging from: $214,000 to $299,000. The Clark County - wide Average Home Selling Price is: $305,500; while the Median Selling Price is: $262,300.
