Yes, definitely, buyers are in a great market to purchase, lots of choices, new, resale, bank owned, short sales, etc. It's like being a kid in a candy store. Way to many choices. And on top of that, like you mentioned, rates are also in their favor. If I had a bucket of money, I would definitely invest in a few because the market will change as it always does.
So, I tell my buyers to just get their shopping list in order.......
