The latest demographic study according to the Fannin County Chamber of Commerce reports Blue Ridge Georgia as the 13th in the nation for real estate growth and 5th in the nation for second home ownership.

Jim: It is slower than the same time last year by about half the homes being sold now compared to same time last year. But, January and February are naturally slow months in the mountains anyway. Thank you for your comment.

Tracy: No, unfortunately February is not a peak season for us. Our season will start in late March and go through early December. Although we are encouraged by the activity we are seeing in February.
