Terry, isn't the weather in Grand Rapids terrible?  In New Jersey, winters aren't too awful.  Though they are darn cold and I hate them!  I'm quite happy to leave NJ, I just don't know where else to go.  We like the suburbs of a metro area, though could be a bit more countrified than where we are now.  I love Arizona, but that's very expensive for the Metro areas.
