We're getting BUSY!!!!! Super Bowl Sunday was the key again this year (as always!). Can't get men out of the house to look all January!!!
2 Buyer's bought this week in the early $200,000 range.....

We still need to encourage Buyers that it is ok to Buy and the market is a great opportunity to get the house they want, at the right price and FANTASTIC MORTGAGE $$$$$$$$$$$$$ are available!!!!! Buy now before the rates go up!!!!

I just saw the new NAR ad on national TV. Gerry Willis on CNN then had a guest on who poked a lot of holes in the ad which told buyers it is a good time to buy! I guess this will be very confusing to the buyer. They don't know who to believe. I doubt they will believe NAR over CNN.
Bernie. We are seeing a marked increase in the attendees at open houses, requests for showings, etc. Lets hope things get back to normal... whatever that is !
