Real Estate is Forever Changing

First of all, I love my job - which is selling homes! Each day holds new challenges and opportunities for those who are involved in the real estate field. Many real estate agents compare their job, to being much like a rollar coaster - many ups and downs, curves and bends, twists and turns, even upside down at times. It's exciting, fast, but then it slows down & stops, ride over. Energized agents are ready to ride again, while others get sick, decide it's not for them, and drop out, can't take the ride. Yes, selling real estate is not for everyone. What works today, may not work tomorrow. This is frustrating at times. Real Estate is forever changing which challenges agents to constantly evaluate the market surrounding them. What will the year 2008 hold for the real estate market?
