Hi Lance, because I was raised in Hawaii, and most recently moved from Hilo in October of 2006 (I was controller for the Lex Brodie's stores) I couldn't help but notice KONA when perusing the blogs this morning.  Very nice report.  It's nice to see what's going on 'over there.'  I visited Hilo on February 1st of this year as I was attending the CRS Sell-A-Bration 2008 convention, and my former boss (Chuck Porter) flew me over for a visit.  Got out right before the deluge that made the papers.  Check out my blogging website:  Bucking the Real Estate Trend.
