I was honored when Jeff Belonger asked me to write this review. This is my first time writing this so I hope it proves as useful as previous reviews have been to me.
First off, I want to highlight a blog by David Soto entitled "Organizing for Success". This one certainly gave me a kick in the pants that I desperately needed. I am sure organization is a problem for all of us to one extent or another.
Then there is Jay Beckingham who wrote a great post highlighting the advantages that FHA has over conventional loans. It is entitled "FHA (Loans) Crushing Conventional Financing". This is a post that every loan officer and Real Estate Agent who is not a fan of FHA needs to pay close attention to.
Janet Guilbault also wrote a great post entitled "FOUND! A Long Lost Client... Thanks to ActiveRain" that is a great reminder of how important blogging is to stay on top of the Google results in our respective areas. I thoroughly enjoyed this post and I recommend that everyone read it. It will rekindle your belief in AR if there was ever any doubt about its effectiveness.
Jeff Belonger has a very interesting blog entitled "Project Lifeline - Not FHA or Convetional.... just another flop?" It does make you stop and think. I am looking forward to the blog regarding what he is working on with an investment group.
Alan 'AJ' Nisen wrote a good blog for the delinquent borrower that every borrower who is facing foreclosure should read. It also offers good information for any loan officer to share with his/her clients. It is entitled, "There Is HELP for the Delinquent Borrower!". It is a must read.
Doug Capp has a post that I think is very informative entitled, "MORE Lending Changes - NEW Mortgage Insurance Guidelines" that is a good explanation of where the MI programs are right now.
Now to take a brief break from the serious and informative I felt that this Public Safety Announcement by Jeff Fullmer is something we should all take notice of. Please be careful not to spill your coffee on your computer keyboard.
Ok, here is one we should all take notice of. Mark Flanders entitled this one, "Adapt & Adjust: Surviving the "New" Mortgage Industry". Maybe there is something we can learn from all of the "Newbies" in our industry. When the storm pours a deluge on you, "think like a duck" - let it roll off your back and keep on working.
Mike Berrios has a very good blog regarding Reverse Mortgages that I found to help me understand them a little better. This is a market that perhaps we all need to pay more attention to. It is entitled "Reverse Mortgages, Financing the Golden Years".
Ken Rivera has a blog entitled, "APR and Deceptive Advertising - Be Aware". This post addresses an obstacle that all loan officers who focus on doing business honestly and ethically have to deal with - false advertising. It is something that we all deal with and this post helps the public understand where we are coming from.
Thanks again to Jeff Belonger for the opportunity to write this week's review. I thoroughly enjoyed learning the things that I learned while preparing this post.

Thanks for taking the time for the week in review. It is great because I just don't have the time to catch all the good AR posts. Very much appreciated.
