Top 10 Markets Where Home Values Declined

Of course Phoenix is included in this list of markets where home prices have declined. In Phoenix home prices have declined around 9.5%. Thats a large amount of depreciation. However Ziprealty mentions the fact that the end of the decline may be near. I agree with them, and I also agree with them on something I have been saying for some time now. The amount of inventory has gone down, and while the decline in the number of homes for sale has been minimal I expect the market to stabilize by the end of the year.
