North Georgia Blue Ridge Mountains - Set your spirit free!
Nature's Estates Resort and Spa
Dear Home Buyer and Real Estate Investor:
With spring right around the corner we all start to look forward to enjoying the outdoors and all that nature has to offer. It's a great time to plan for summer getaways and vacations.
If you have been dreaming of owning a getaway home in the mountains you may find this very interesting. I would like to introduce you to the newest, most inexpensive, and most convenient way to own a Luxury Mountain Retreat Home in the beautiful Blue Ridge, Georgia area.
Fractional or Shared ownership is not by any means a new concept, although it is new in Blue Ridge. It has been the most popular means of owning a second home in the desirable mountain areas of the Nation for almost two decades. Fractional ownership is shared deeded ownership of a resort home allowing the owners to own as many shares of the home as fits their lifestyle and needs. This type of ownership is now available at a new resort at preconstruction prices in the Blue Ridge Area. Simply put, Fractional Ownership makes owning a Million Dollar Home as inexpensive as $150,000.00 per 1/12th share and with none of the usual responsibilities of absentee ownership.
These Luxury Resort homes are fully furnished, elegantly designed, and come with 5 Star Resort Services to make second home ownership the ultimate pleasurable experience. With your own amenities such as a Grand Clubhouse, Spa, Restaurant, Fitness Center, Heat Pool/ Jacuzzi, Lazy River, Equestrian Center, Hiking Trails, Tennis, Theater, and lots of Activities for the kids you owe it to yourself to learn more about this Leisure Lifestyle.
Smart Money Magazine has ranked Blue Ridge, Georgia 5th in the nation for places to own a second home. It only makes sense to introduce Fractional Ownership to our area as a viable solution to increased Real Estate Prices. If you think you waited to long to own a second home now is the time. Don't let this opening opportunity pass you by.
I would like to invite you to contact me for more information about this limited opportunity. Buyer incentives are available, and prices like this for a Million Dollar Vacation Home in the Blue Ridge area have never been offered. I am available to help you explore this new and exciting opportunity.
Sincerely,
Donna Yates, Georgia Realtor

This looks beautiful! What exactly IS the difference between this program and a timeshare, since you say they are different. Would you just share the house with 11 other owners? How does/can that work? I grew up in a large family, and am not very in touch with a lot of those siblings today... just TOO MANY and too often not enough to go around. I am not an ALPHA personality, so this fairness is very important to me. :-)
Hi Mara: Thank you for your comment and you ask a very important question. Here is a brief answer but you will find more in the other posts that I've written (see the links at the bottom of this post) and visit my website: http://www.move2northgeorgia.net/ , go to luxury properties and you can read more there as well. Also, lots of online resources too.
Fractional Ownership is really quite different. Timeshare is a vacation product for the broadest segment of the population, and as such is a wonderful concept that gives millions of families the opportunity to vacation a week or two in locations and accommodations that may have been beyond possibility without that form of shared ownership. Fractional Ownership is a different product. Ownership of more than a couple or a few weeks, in its various configurations and usage patterns, is regarded as Fractional Ownership. That may be anything from a one twelfth ownership (4 weeks of usage) to a one quarter ownership (13 weeks of usage). 2002 figures provided by Ragatz Associates shows that 76% of fractional owners have five weeks of usage or more, with 43% having thirteen weeks of Quarter Ownership. hare
You would own 1/12th or you can buy more than one share but you will be given a certain number of weeks out of the year to use the home just for you, your family and friends (not with the homeowners). If you would like to use the home any time other than your reserved weeks, then you can if the home is available. If the home is not available, you can request to use another home in the resort. I've written quite a few posts about this that may help you out. Some of the posts are a bit outdated but the general information is the same about how this fractional concept works. If you have any more questions, please email me at donna@ellijay.com and I will be happy to address them. Thank you for your interest.
Donna, you have the most gorgeous photos in your promotional materials. The chair on the dock looks so peaceful.
Gary: It's not hard to get great photos when surrounded by such beautiful nature. Thank you for your comment. The mountains are definitely a place to revive from the chaos most people deal with on a daily basis. I used to be one of those people with a chaotic life, but then I left it behind and came to the mountains and haven't looked back.
Donna, Your area truly is breathtaking---and I love the concept of fractional ownership and can't think of a lovier area to have it in.
Carole: If you like nature, then this is the place, surrounded by mountain ridges which literally look blue thus the name: Blue Ridge Mountains. Northern Georgia, North Carolina and on up through Virginia are just breathtaking. Thank you for your comment.
Donna - I can see myself in that chair right now! I am going to have to pay you a visit!
Tom: That rocking chair is very tempting for sure and when you do make it here, I'll reserve that chair just for you. Thanks for your comment.
Donna: What a great project! I'd love to get a tour some day in the very near future...May I call you to set something up?
Kim: Thank you for your comment and absolutely call me, I will be delighted to set it up for you.
