AR Cooking challenge for March - Lo-Cal recipe's needed!

Hello Everyone...and update on my Cooking, rather Cookbook Group!

The AR Cookbook....enter your favorite recipes here for all to enjoy.

Those of you who are actively participating in my cooking group are doing a fantastic job of posting some of the most wonderful recipe's ever.  Tasty and delicious, I think this book will be a fantastic gift at the closing table...after all...they might lose a business card, but they won't loose this cookbook, as with the rate of recipes submitted, we may well surpass my goal of 500!

I am thinking about a topic of the month, such as I just sent out an email to the group...looking for Lo-Cal Recipes...after all the Holiday's are over and I am trying to loose a little of that Holiday cookie weight...the tuna and salad's just aren't doing it for me...so, HERE'S THE CHALLENGE...LO-CAL RECIPES will be the topic for the month of March, so how about making up some more of your fabulous treat's and post them for all of us to enjoy!

I would also like to know of other topics that you think would be interesting to add into this cookbook, as I want this book to be "special", not just another book on the shelf!
