As a follow-on to my posting earlier regarding Fairfax County Foreclosures-Detached Homes in Springfield VA this list is the current townhouse properties listed in the MLS in either Foreclosure or as an REO property in Springfield, VA.
Just as with the previous list a foreclosure property may or may not be the best deal available in a neighborhood and working with an agent to help you look at all of the options before deciding on a Fairfax County foreclosure property is essential.

Cindy, are you getting any calls on your posts like this one? It looks as though you specialize in foreclosures. Are you also seeing a lot of short sales in Virginia?
Teri-I don't specialze in foreclosures but I do sell some. Yes we do have our share and am some areas way more than our share of short sales and foreclosures. As far as calls I had an call today and will be going out on Monday with a prospective buyer.
Cindy, that's great. I had one as well, but she found me due to my west coast swing dancing. Funny how people find us, huh?
Swing dancing is a lot like the moves Realtors need to make to keep everything going and not step on any toes :-)
