Judi, I have to say, looking at the photos of those homes with the wide expansive yards makes this mainlander transplanted to Hawaii yearn for a little more room, but then BRRRRR!
Hope you get more listings and congratulations on getting your old listings placed. The Agents in RE/MAX Kai Lani are finding that they can sell all the listings they can get as long as they get a commitment from the seller that he will do what is necessary to get the home sold. Buyers are there, it is just that the market has changed. Jerry
