OK - what do these 3 have in common? 1: A 2/2 Condo, directly across the street from the ocean - with ocean views that were great, and vacation rental approved - List price was $299,000 ( 2 other exact same units listed at $430,000 & $450,000) I will let you know the price we contracted at - after closing - believe me 299 was a deal, and we beat that. 2: A house in Kona, Ocean Views, Super Clean - like new ! - price dropped from $446,000 to $379,000 - I had clients scoop that one up right away! (email me for the MLS)

Hey Lance.... Awesome pictures. The kids here in Southwest Florida try to surf, but it isn't too great since we do not have much in regards to waves ..... unless a hurricane is nearby.
