Julie,
Good marketing report. Something I must start doing on a regular basis but will admit, I do not enjoy doing them.
Gayle: DOM in Utah for January was still very good. As we have more and more in the inventory I'm sure we'll see that number go up in some areas of Utah. We do have a lot of listings right now, but overall our market is going OK. Thank you for your comment.
Candy: The market has been moving OK. The odd thing is, that many of us agents out here are still working diligently to get our listings sold and our buyers moving. Pricing is so important as you have displayed in your blog. Thank you for your wonderful comment.
Candace: 2:21 Candace? See you and I are much alike. Not much sleep and that is how I get things done. Give me my second wind and I'm good to go. LOL. Although when my hubby is home, which is often, it's like going to the office (my home office) and I work with determination. I just feel strongly that this time spent to get these reports and localism are very important. Thank you for your support my Gilbert AZ Realtor!
Cynthia: They are so time consuming that is no doubt, but as I'm doing them I feel like I'm really keeping up on that knowledge that is needed and often times asked by consumers. You do a fabulous job on all your localism so when you do decide to jump into it, I'm sure they will be great.
Julie...now those are impressive Market Reports!...guaranteed to stand out!
I love these reports. Do you do all of the information on your own? wow. Where did you get the template from? I def. need to do this!
Julie, You're in a great market! Your DOM is fantastic! And, the price range isn't too shabby either. You rich yet? Later in the rain~Deb
Julie, Your market reports ARE terrific! Seems like you're doing very well and I'm so glad to hear it--I hope it continues and multiplies all year for you!
Great Market Report ! I love all your pictures at the bottom !
Joan: Thank you my friend. I certainly hope this helps people seeking this information. Have a wonderful week.
Lindsay: I do put this all together myself and transfer it over to exel and create a table. It's a bit of work, but worth it to make it appealing on the eyes. Good luck and if you need any help, please let me know.
Debra: Rich? No my dear. Listings moving slowly and buyers about the same. I'll be curious to see how the February reports turn out. Thank you for your comment and have a great week.
Carole: Thank you for your kind comment. Our market for January does show great numbers, it's been a bit slow, but that could be the nature of my listings. 2 Commercial, 1 Land, 1 residential. Have a great week!
Melissa: Thank you for your wonderful comment and have a great week.
