Improving Market & Investment Opportunities

Our market here in North Mississippi has been improving since the first of January. Buyers are slowly taking advantage of the extremely low interest rates and the deals that can be found at this time. Whether you have someone looking for investment land for development, houses for rental or just good deals on a new home, the North Mississippi real estate market is a great place to invest in real estate. We have not seen a huge reduction in sales prices but on some new construction, you can get a great deal if the builder has several homes on the market.

If you are in one of the higher priced markets in the nation and are looking for a place to invest in real estate, North Mississippi is THE place to do it. You can buy lots of real estate here for half the money that you can in the higher priced markets. For example, if you sold a home for for $500,000 in California, you could move to our market and buy a home twice the size for half the price and still have $200,000 left to purchase a minimum of 2 investment properties for rental. There are many great ways to invest in real estate in our market.

For more information on our local market please feel free to contact me. I deal in residential, commercial, land and investment properties. I look forward to hearing from you!

Hey Clint, We are always on the look out for multi unit communities to bring to our investors.  If you come across something that may work out, let me know.  Of course we'll take a full indepth look into cash flow to bring it to the investment community.  Generally only 1 out of 10 properties we research actually makes it but you may be sitting on that one.  Keep in touch. - Joe Davis

Thanks Joe. I'll definitely keep you in mind for multi unit properties with a cash flow.
