It was announced today that Celebrity High Rise Agent Aaron Auxier has set the top-three residential (single family home/condominium) price-per-square-foot records in Las Vegas history.

The records were set thanks to several high-floor unit sales, including penthouses, at The Harmon Hotel, Spa & Residences at CityCenter. The properties will feature views of the Strip as well as views of significant architecture such as the leaning Veer Towers and Vdara Condo Hotel at MGM MIRAGE CityCenter.

Aaron's sales, which included pricing of $1,500, $2,000, and over $2,400 a sq ft., demonstrate the strength of the high-end luxury market in Las Vegas, despite the overall U.S. housing market. The top sale of over $2,400 a square foot nearly doubled the previous record of just over $1,300 a square foot for a residential property in Clark County. That sale took place in a luxury high-rise tower just east of the Las Vegas Strip.
