HOW DO YOU SELL YOUR HOME IF NO ONE CAN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE IT?I have been meaning to write a post about this for quite some time! Today I scheduled several appointments to go out and view some homes this weekend and to my surprise in one of the listings not only was the contact information wrong to schedule the appointment, it gets better! I called the listing agent on her cell phone and an automatic message comes on stating, "at the request of the owner of this phone, no incoming calls are currently being accepted." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I wonder if the seller knows this? But then again it was a discount brokers listing and just another example of you get what you pay for!!! I think I'll use this one in my listing presentations. |
