Put out the SOLD signOne of the things I hear time and time again is that the market is bad and nothing is happening, we all know that homes are selling regardless of where we are, I have just had 9" x 24" SOLD signs made that i put on every listing that goes in escrow, It does a little bit to change the perception of the general public and with its size you can see it from a distance.
