Wow. Beautiful post, Margaret. I love the photos. One of the things that's drawing us back to NC is the ability to be on the water. We bought a portion of an old farm that sits on deep water and I'm looking forward to being able to walk out the back door and across the lawn to our boat. Really nice job on this blog!

Margaret, living on the water is a dream for many buyers. Anne Arundel County offers many an opportunity to do so for relatively reasonable prices compared to some other areas of the country. Boat owners and water sports enthusiasts will especially appreciate this information.
True... but if you use that water, it's worth every nickle... all 5 Billion of them. LOL
I would think GC lots are easier to come by as well. What does a typical course lot go for?
