If you think you will or you think you won’t you are right – Be an optimist when selling your home
If you are negative, you won't do the things to your home to get it sold quickly, like keep it clean, pricing it right, and just the doing the little things that it takes to sell a home. When you are positive you have a happier outlook on things and it shows when someone comes to see your home. It makes them feel happy and can make a home sell quicker. If you are buying a home, would you rather buy it from someone who is happy and willing to work with you or someone who has a negative comment for every little thing you say? I've walked away from negative buyers when looking for investment properties, just because I don't want to deal with the negativity and the headaches that I know will come from this type of person. So, be an optimist and get your home sold! I believe it will sell and so should you!
