Kym ~ It's true that Oregon housing prices are below those in the Bay Area ... however staging is starting to be recognized as an excellent marketing tool here due to the results we've had. I believe the investment in staging is somewhat less here than in your area, but we find that savvy clients are willing to pay for professional staging services.
