Princeton home buyers who were holding out for a special home to come on the market - your wish is fulfilled.  What makes a home special are four things: location, amenities, condition and price. I meet many buyers who want to be close to Princeton downtown, because of the Public Library, Palmer square shops, restaurants, and the downtown scene, but find that the lots are smaller, houses are older, and traditional colonials are not many.

Finally, let's talk about the price. I still see many homes that are priced too high for this market. Not this home- it is offered at $849,000. The last time a house sold on this street was in 2002, and it was listed for $50,000 more.
