Cape Coral Real Estate Listings

Anybody had any recent experience listing SHORT SALES with Countrywide in Cape coral?  I've had some issues and just wonder if it's just me or my approach to the bank.  By the way, I am not a Countrywide basher...they have their problems, I have mine.  Just want to figure out how to deal with them. 

On this general topic, are short sales selling at all?  My experience with BUYERS is that they don't want to play the Short Sale real estate game, but surely somebody is buying.  I noticed in the News-Press Monday that HOMESTEADed foreclosures are rising and account for 1/3 of All foreclosures, so the short sale thing does not appear to be working well for homesteads.  Cape Coral Real Estate Listings continue to outpace Pendings by roughly 4 to 1.  Like the guy says on the Dodge Ram commercial...."This can't be good!".  However, if we get a few buyers, it should be VERY good!
