Creating a Graph - Just Go to Google and Type in CREATE A GRAPH!!!

Several of our Active Rainers have shared how to do a simple graph. Going to google and typing in "create a graph" took me to several options and I selected the Kids Zone how to. Pretty simple, actually. I opted for the pie chart, but may get more creative down the road. I'll bet some of you know how to do this stuff.

Rather than just showing numbers, I wanted to draw a picture to show how our real estate market is doing as of today, March 7, 2008!!! I've included everything "sold" since January 1, 2008 and everything currently pending and everything under contract with a contingency. In Arizona - under contract with a contingency can mean: the sellers have asked it to be in the MLS that way until it closes - "just in case" - and another scenario could be that the sellers have agreed to allow the buyers time to sell their current listing either here in the Phoenix area or elsewhere.

Maybe some of you know how to do this better. I'd love to know how if you've got something to share!! It needs to be kinda easy!! ;-)
