I read your post, then had to go check out our MLS. Our most expensive is $8,950,000 for 17,771 sq ft with 8 BR, 8 BA, 4 half BA, and 15 acres. It's a big Georgian home in New Albany. It's been on the market for 1095 days with no change in price.
Damion, the next highest priced home here was $4 mill. Generally, our "expensive homes" are in the $1-3 mil range.
OK, Write it up! Golf course, in winter a snowmobile racing course, summer, ATV time trials. Bowling alley...just my style. All those extea bedrooms could be rented by the day/week/month. BTW: are the neighbors friendly?
