Atlanta Solds February 2008 Preliminary Real Estate Sales Market Report

The Atlanta area First Multiple Listing Service Market report for February has not posted yet. It will not officially post until later this month, but sales levels of Atlanta homes for sale are way off, and there may not be major adjustments to the sales numbers.  Please keep in mind that these numbers are for all of Metro Atlanta and not just the cty of Atlanta.  These numbers represent Atlanta homes sales for all counties in our MLS service area.

I've personally tracked these Atlanta homes sales numbers for years, and this year with decreased sales volumes..the sales number are not changing too much and easier to predict.  Please keep in mind, that these are not official statistics, but rather an indicator that may change and be adjusted.  These numbers are current to data posted as of today March 13, 2008.  I will post my own revisions and updates to this post until the offical MLS Market Report publishes late next week.***
