Welcome to the Heart of Utah Real Estate monthly real estate market report for Syracuse, Utah located in Davis County. As with previous market reports, this report will be broken down into two different sections, one for Single Family Residence's and the second for Condos. Please keep in mind that the real estate market report I have provided is a compilation of a large price range for the entire city of Syracuse and should not be confused as being the price in which your home will currently sell for. Also please take note:

  • “SOLD” indicates all the properties that sold during the month of February 2008.
  • “Under Contract” are the properties that have gone through negotiations and are currently awaiting their closing date as of the date I pulled this report (3/15/2008).
  • “Active Listings” are all the homes currently listed with a real estate broker and listed on the MLS as of the date I pulled this report(3/15/2008).

You pie charts are awesome!  I'll have to try one of those sometime.

I'm impressed with your market stats...it looks like your market is stronger than most everywhere else in the country...reasonable days on the market and levels of inventory.  Great report!

Julie - I see the market is picking up in your area!  That is good to hear.

Julie:
I like the added links at the bottom of the report.  It caused me to go back and link several of mine together.  I put out several for different type homes in the area - Detached,Townhouses,Condo, and Rentals.  I think giving just one report does not give prospective clients enough information, and can be misleading on the opportunities/options in the area.
I just finished going back an putting a link in the bottom of each to the other three.
