Saturday I was out showing properties to a new buyer. I think every condo we went to there was either another agent coming or going. I do not remember the last time I saw so many agents looking at properties.
One condo complex had 3 or 4 agents showing properties to potential buyers. It was a great thing to see!
Perhaps this is a sign the spring Real Estate market is starting to spring - like those tulips in my yard that are popping through the soil - so come our spring Home Buyers!

Spring has definitely sprung. I'm in NC on vacation but I've negotiated 2 contracts while I'm here and my buyers are out with my partner looking at prospective homes. The market has definitely picked up!!
James, I had the same experience yesterday while showing homes. Realtor traffic jams, oh my!
It is about time. I can't wait. Too many home buyers have been hiding under the rock. Hopefully,more and more buyers will continue to come out and buy pass summer time.
