Fairfield Home Sales by Price Segment
Single Family Homes
2007
Here is a quick update on the homes sold in Fairfield for 2007. It is easy to see why Fairfield is such an attractive option for so many people. The town has a great diversity in housing stock and a wide variety of neighborhoods. There is the Beach Area with all the Activities close at hand, the Historic Districts with Vintage and Antique Homes, Southport Village with our scenic harbor, Greenfield Hill with lots of land and privacy, the University Area with easy commuter access, New Construction and lots more.
All this and a wide variety of prices to fit all budgets! With all the talk of expensive homes, who would have guessed that almost 350 homes sold for less than $600,000? Not to mention 65 homes sold for less than $400,000. And this just reflects sales of Single Family Homes. Condos are another option for those seeking to have access to all Fairfield has to offer.

Mike, Thanks for your comments on my Networking & Prospecting blog. I actually grew up and spent my early years of marriage in Fairfield county. I graduated from Newtown High and lived in Bethel for several years after I got married. It is amazing how the prices change over the years. My brother still lives in Bethel and is a Broker in Brookfield of a ReMax. Anyway - good selling!
