We recently staged a new construction home for a repeat builder/developer client. It was such a nice house to work in, with top quality materials and careful attention to detail. What a great bonus when as stagers, we have an appreciative client as well! Here are some photos of the finished project ... now we're hoping for a quick sale!

Maureen -- how beautiful. There are so many things I love about what you have done here! WOW! I love the living area arrangement, I love the area rug, the table setting, the simplicity of the bedding, and the very cool photo of the bath that reflects back into the elegance of the bedroom.
Karen ~ Thanks so much for your feedback. This home was so nice to start with, but we hope that we gave potential buyers a chance to see how they could live there.
Beeeeeeeeeeeeutiful Maureen! I see you also use bamboo for your large greenry! Great job and thanks for sharing.
Hi Terry ~ I love that large bamboo too and wish I had more of them. Do you have an online source for them, or are you lucky enough to buy it locally?
Hi Maureen-
Love the flow you created by using the blue & brown throughout. Your photos are topnotch, too. Can you share the camera model information? Thanks.
Kathy
What a very classy look. It's awesome, Maureen!
Kathy
Maureen ~ Great job! I, too, love your photos, they really showcase your work well.
Kathy R. ~ My camera is the Kodak V705, which I bought after hearing so much about it here on A/R last year. I love the chocolate brown and blue colors too. Thanks for stopping by.
Kathy N. ~ Why, thank you so much ... that means a lot coming from you! This house was just a pleasure to stage.
Kathy P. ~ I still have so much to learn about photos and in particular, my own camera....I'm probably the only person who hasn't yet read the online manual. One of these days! Thanks for your kind remarks.
THIS MUST BE THE DAY FOR ALL "KATHYS" to RESPOND!! :-)
Maureen, I pick them up wherever I can, usually Michaels with a 40% off coupon or Old Time Pottery on sale. BTW, where did you get those two chairs in the living room? I'm looking for exactly that color and style.
Terry ~ those chairs are seafoam & chocolate striped slipper chairs from Ashley. They are so lightweight -- perfect for staging. Should be easy for you to find I hope!
Mmmm delicious. I love it all... especially the curly willow, choclates and blues. Nice. Great job Maureen.
Julianna ~ Thank you! I need to pick up more of that curly willow. It adds a nice touch. Thanks for commenting.
I'm so in love with chocolate and blue, I'm thinking of redoing my own bedroom in those colors...great job!
Cindy ~ I love these colors together too! How long do you think they'll remain on trend? My place is due for an update as well. I'm tempted ... thanks for your feedback.
Maureen, gorgeous as always. thanks so much for sharing! Wish you were down this week. Lori is coming in and spending a few nights with us. We are doing an event at the SF Design center and love to see your shining face! Also, Christine is doing another class down here the first weekend in May and it's going to be for Seasoned Stagers Only - so keep it in mind if you are available and you can audit with Lori and me :) Kym
Hi Kym ~ Thanks for your comment, and for the update. I'm sure that you and Lori Kim will blow them away at the SF Design Center ... remember to take photos so you can blog about it. I'm tempted to audit that class with Christine. Please keep me updated about the plans. Thanks again!
Maureen- I don't know where to begin...there is so much I love about this staging! LOVE the colors! I just did a bedroom in shades of blue and brown--SO calming! LOVE the artwork between the two chairs! AND the area rug in that room! AND, the wiggly branches! ;)
And, HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY TO YOU!!!
It looks so great! Thanks for sharing all your pics. You made all the difference in that home.
Elaine ~ Happy St. Patrick's Day to you as well!! I'm off now to celebrate with some friends ... anyway, thanks for your comments. I love this color palette now too. The wall decor between the 2 chairs is a large wood piece from Pier 1 -- it has great texture.
Rob ~ we hope that there's a sale before long ... thanks so much for stopping by ... your comment was my 1000th!! Yay!
Beautiful! I would buy this house in a min!
Good Work
Elise
Elise ~ Thanks for commenting....Like you, I'd buy it too if I could. It has gorgeous views as well.
How fantastic! The warm chocolate and blue color palette is one of my favorites (I have it in my own living room). The table setting looks great and I love the bathroom shot with the reflection of the bedroom in the mirror. Great job!
Hi Lisa ~ It seems like a lot of us like the chocolate & blue combination. Thank you for your comment.
