I've found another way to post useful consumer information via a graph! Last time it was with a pie chart, this time I'm trying out the bar graph! It helps put into perspective what is going on in our market in "colors!" Our market has definitely picked up, and homes are selling much quicker - or should I say? Certain homes are selling much quicker. Those with acreage and irrigated lots, and those under $200,000. Of course there are others selling as well; so I'll have to check out the median price to see what that shows.

While I'm here, I'll share with you some more wonderful photographs taken on our trip around our beautiful state:
Here are more photos of our beautiful Superstition Mountains!!!

Gorgeous photos, Teri. Nice graph, too, heh, heh. Hey, what does ACW mean? All canceled withdrawn? I haven't seen that acronym before.
Elizabeth, thank you, thank you. It should be AWC.....sorry about that. It means active with a contingency. Wow!! That was fast!! You're learning. ;-)
Teri- OK, I just learned my first thing for Arizona ....AWC thanks to both of you :) And I love the Desert when it's in Bloom.....so many different colors, and just beautiful......thank you for sharing your pictures, and Happy St. Patrick's Day to you....the lady in Green today :)
Hi Teri - Just like in Mesa, some homes in the Twin Cities are starting to move. As a matter of fact, there are a few that have recently (last 30days) sold in multiples offers. Let's keep it up.
Loved the photos.
Kathy, I'm so glad you learned something new! Doesn't California do something along those lines. Yes, the desert is spectacular - especially right now.
Marzena, thanks for dropping by. Glad your market is doing better as well. Thanks!
You live in a beautiful part of this country. I have friend thinking of moving to Tombstone because he fell in love with scenery.
Robert, yes we do......gee I have not been to Tombstone in a century (or sometime around that long) ;-) I'll have to take a day trip and share some photos and history. What was the name of that movie? Gary Cooper was in? It was shot in Tombstone. ;-) Dating myself, huh?
Beautiful photos, Teri. You AZ folks are always showing
offus how really pretty your state is :)Teri, great looking graph and what good information along with some fabulous photos.
Lisa, thank you so much. Isn't it pretty? I'm glad you enjoy my showing off! ;-)
Gena, thank you -- it is fun to do these graphs and so easy, and the photos? Well, lots of fun to take.
Teri- Absolutely stunning photos and I love yet another chart you just made. I will have to learn how to make these.
