Vancouver Washington's
East MLS Areas

This report is a simple tabulation of
Vancouver, Washington's east-area homes
in the real estate data base, separated into price ranges, and:
Active, Pending and Sold categories, for the Historical month of
February, 2008.
This month has about 21 fewer homes in the active category, and the
average days on the market has dropped to 107 days. For the listings that are agreeing to offers
the average time on the market is about 75 days, which is 14 fewer
days than last month. The number of Pending sales has
gone from 137 to 176 -- the Buyers are back!!!
For 2007 the RMLS data is showing the Average home Selling Price
for these Vancouver areas ranging from:
$238,200 to $317,300; and the Median Selling Price ranging from:
$214,000 to $299,000. The Clark County - wide Average Home
Selling Price is: $305,500; while the Median Selling Price is:
$262,300.
