In February 2008, there were 39 listed properties during the month. The average price was $253,413 and the median price was $206,518. The listed price range was $133,900-$849,900.

In February 2007, there were 34 sold properties. The average price was $221,132 and the median price was $187,700. The price range was $51,000-$547,900 with 110 average days on market.

In February 2008, there were 21 sold properties. The average price was $269,213 and the median price was $257,000. The price range was $124,920-$489,900 with 89 average days on market.
