The local Ozark Business Expo is just around the corner. Sprucing up the expo, this year the name has been changed to "A Taste of Ozark!"
This year the event willl be held at the Ozark High School (same as the last few years) on April 12, 2008 from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Sponsored by the Ozark Chamber of Commerce, the event continues to grow every year. This is a great way to meet new business owners, vendors and new Chamber of Commerce members while seeing old friends and past clients.
As usual, finding the right promotional items to give away is a difficult decision. The same old letter openers, refrigerator magnets and pencils seem to be all we give away every year. This year, we are doing something different........don't know what it is yet......but it will be something we haven't done before.
For those of you that enjoy seeing all the new businesses in Ozark, come by and visit. See You There!

Sounds like a great time, Kay.
I know what you mean about promotional items. We just ordered pencils with note pads for an event in April. I didn't know what else to do.
Debbie DiFonzo - Rural Missouri Real Estate I've been doing this for years. Nothing new seems to be coming out. We've given letter openers, note pads, pens, even screwdrivers. There's got to be something new and inexpensive.
Hi Kay. I am a big fan of RE/MAX. I think it's the best and that's what I want to be associated with. Thanks for the welcome to your group. Some of my posts can be a tad irreverent. I hope thats OK. :)

Business Expos are lots of fun. But you're right, hard to find something new to give away! Don't want to do food or drinks as a sole giveaway - nothing to hold on to. But what to use? Have you thought about giving away reusable shopping bags with your name and logo on them? These are becoming a big trend, and are used over and over.
Ken, every post matters. I'm still learning. Thanks for posting and welcome.
Penny, great idea for resuable shopping bags. I'll take a look! Thanks for stopping by.
