Quarry Bend is a new mixed use development at 9400 S. 1000 E. in Sandy, UT.  The developer of this project is the Boyer Company.  The builder of the residential area is Garbett Homes.  The development is a very good mix of retail and residential.  Current retail tenants include Wal-Mart, Lowes, Starbucks, Cafe Rio, Rafael's, Fratelli Ristorante, Deseret First Credit Union, Farr West Bank, and more.  Also, Sandy City just dedicated a new city park to the development.
