Hi Lenn, there is this agent in Southern California that bought a big bus, painted it all with the Foreclosure tour bus and takes groups of all pre qualified buyers around to tour the foreclosures in groups! What a creative idea!

Re: Katerina's comment...We are doing the great bus tour this weekend from my office...It's a foreclosure tour with food and drinks...We're expecting about 30 people and the local media!  You know me, always trying to get some positive news out there...

Lenn - Great presentation as usual.  Yes good quality homes have been foreclosed, so it is a perfect time for buyers to get a great deal. In the next few months I think we will probably see buyers coming out to snap up these homes.

It is very strange for me to understand why people are not buying when housing prices are down, and interest rates are great but buy when the market is going up in a frenzy!

Anne and Eddie.  They bought when prices were going up so they wouldn't have to pay more later.  They don't buy with prices lower because they think they prices will get even lower. 

Everyone tries to out think the market. 

The problems I see today is the difficulty and cost of mortgage loans.

Jennifer.  There are some VERY good buys out there.  Where are the folks?  Waiting for better buys.  Smart folks are out buying.

Karen.  My motto is "information is meaningless without a statistic".  I love stats.  I can pull them from data very quickly.  We have so much information at our fingertips.  Love it.

Katerina. I've read about the "Foreclosure Tour Bus" in different locations.  Sounds interesting.  Not something I would do, but I would help promote it for other agents in my area.
