A show like no other is on in The Art Gallery, 2202 Art-Sociology Building, at the University of Maryland. The Art Gallery is thrilled to show off an unusual exhibition that showcases the cutting edge art of modern silk-screened rock posters. Sweet: The Graphic Beauty of the Contemporary Rock Poster is featuring twenty-eight-yes, twenty-eight!-of the best silk-screened contemporary rock posters until March 29, 2008. Time is running out, so don't miss it! In addition, artist Jesse LeDoux's Masters of Balance installation in the back gallery shows the versatility of the screen printing technique, and artist Tim Gough's unique signage applied directly to the walls will be like nothing you've ever seen.
From local bands to international musicians, Sweet spans the spectrum. Head to the remainder of the show before time runs out!

I'm a big fan of those rock posters and have some silk screen experience. Any chance you will be posting some of the work for us to appreciate ?
