Since many of my buyers settle in the southeast valley, I am providing a separate graph of this area. The southeast valley is a wonderful area of the valley and includes Gold Canyon and Queen Creek. Many of the 55+ communities are located in Mesa or Apache Junction, and our winter visitors flock to this part of the valley every year. Even today, in Gold Canyon, the Ladies PGA Golf Tournament is being hosted by Safeway Markets. A very popular event with a beautiful setting. For the locals who would like to attend the event, stop by a Safeway Market to pick up a ticket for 1/2 the price you would pay at the gate.
I will plan to show this once a month, and other statistics as they become relevant to potential buyers and sellers. I am noticing that homes listed under $200,000 and closer into town sell more quickly (if priced effectively).
This time of year, more buyers are coming in town to purchase a second home, or a home for their growing families before school is out. I've never noticed a drop in the summer months.......Pools are very popular here as well, so I see those typically sell more quickly as well. For that empty nestor....there are oodles of choices for new homes or resale homes in those adult communities.

You are getting better at graphing...I like this format. Easy to read, colorful...
Melina, thanks. I guess as we practice......we SHOULD get better, huh? I'm not finished yet! ;-)
Teri I have found that one of the best ways to reach buyers and sellers is through marketing reports. I would encourage you to keep up with this and pack as much information as you can in about your local market - consumers do read it. Keep up the good work!
Bill, thank you. I love them as well and figure most people do! It is definitely a good time to make the proverbial move.! ;-)
