Great Timing

Today's Union Democrat announced that the Tuolumne County Transportation Counsel has renewed its' interest in buy up the remaining properties that lie in the path of completing stage 2 of the Highway 108 expansion project. "The Bypass" was designed in 3 phases with the first phase completed in 2004. This second phase is slated to begin in the Spring of 2010 and has an estimated completion date of 2 years. I think this might be the buy signal everyone interested in Tuolumne County Real Estate is looking for. You know thing's have really hit bottom when the government gets into the market.
