Yacht Harbor Marina - Community Profile

Yacht Harbor Village

Availpropbutton

I was out previewing properties for one of my favorite customers last week and had the great fortune of experiencing the Yacht Harbor Village again, now that it is complete.

I had sold several pre-construction lots and condos within this community back in 2004. It was great to now revisit the property and see the completed product. I was very impressed. I must admit…unlike many developers…the GINN group definitely delivers on what they promise and then some.

From the moment you drive up to the guard gate you will notice the gorgeous extensive landscaping and resort feeling that makes you realize you have stumbled onto something special.

Through the gates you are greeted with the colorful, whimsical Admirals' Cove, an 88 unit condominium fronting the Intracoastal Waterway. It is a visual stunner and features luxurious single ownership condominiums in three different floor plans.

Part of the exclusive GINN Properties portfolio of fine resort style communities, Yacht Harbor Village is located on 76 acres on the east side of the Intracoastal Waterway just north of the Hammock Dunes Toll bridge.

Yacht Harbor Village features 184 home sites located either on a protected saltwater canal or directly fronting the Intracoastal Waterway.

The marina has 249 boat slips with a full service marina and Ship's Store.

Featuring the best of all that Palm Coast – Flagler County, FL has to offer, property owners may join the Hammock Beach Yacht Club, the Club at Hammock Beach and the Golf Course at The Conservatory.

There are some excellent values in Yacht Harbor Marina right now, and many of them have transferable memberships to the Hammock Beach Club. Please feel free to contact me anytime. I would be happy to share more information regarding this wonderful resort style community in Palm Coast– Flagler County, Florida.

Kristi - Great slide show - what is it? I use slideshow.com with stuff all over it.

Hi Kristi - I too like the slide show. Is it free? Is it difficult to embed?

Virginia & Jim - I did the slide show through Picasa.  It is free software through google and is great.  You select the pictures, upload them to your online google account and then create the slideshow.  The code to embed the sideshow is created automatically...just copy and past...works great.

Please feel free to contact me if you need any assistance with the program.  You can download Picasa for free from google.  I love google, they have great free programs.

I have it on my list of blog posts to do a tutorial on using this program...I have been crazy busy right now so hope to get to it soon ;-)

Kristi, wonderful job. I have Picasa and will consider using their slideshow function as well. ;-)

Teri-  was thrilled when I found out that slideshows could be imbeded into blog posts with Picasa.  it is also great when i need to email pictures to customers.  i just select the pictures I want to send and it links directly to my gmail account...resizes them for sending through email...works great.  I really love the Picasa software.  thanks for reading my blog ;-)

What a beautiful area, Kristi!  It looks more like a resort than a residential development!

Lisa - I am very fortunate.  The Palm Coast, Flagler County area of Florida is one of the most peaceful and beautiful areas in all of Florida.  It is truly a paradise.  We are also close to St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, Jacksonville & Orlando.

Palm Coast is a master-planned community...so everything here is very less than 25 years old.  We have Ocean, Intracoastal,  Navigable Saltwater Canals, Lakes, Golf Courses, Nature Preserves, Parks and affordable housing...the best of all worlds.

If you are ever in North Florida...please give me a call, I would love to give you a tour of our area...it is truly special.  Thanks for reading my blog :-)

Kristi- Thank you for your shining example of your work on Picasa, and for sharing it. Because of your posting I was able to do something similar for a local area here in Canton. You are appreciated!

Jim- Wow!!!  I went to your blog and saw your presentation with Picasa.  congrats!!!  It looks great.  Thanks again for your kind words and I am glad I was able to assist...K

Kristi - Every now and then my slide show stays simply as a black box and the pictures fail to load. Every now and then every other picture on the slide show is turned 90 degrees and shows off to the left in a small height version accompanied by a black box off to the right. Do you ever have those occurences?

Jim - Uhg!!!  no I have not had that problem.  I will let you know if I experience any problems and see if I can figure out the problem...sorry.  Your slide show is so beautiful that I am sad to hear you are having this problem.
