1. March 2008 39 Homes Sold Avg Price $237,487 Avg Days On Market 172 2. March 2007 62 Homes Sold Avg Price $193,989 Avg Days On Market 134 Even though the number of units sold dropped I feel like the market has been picking up of late. The increase in the average price of a home increased greatly this month due to the fact that some high dollar homes sold bringing the average up over last year. This is just a one month blip the overall trend is still a down push. Lot sales continue to be slow to non exsistent due to builders not buying lots for Spec.
