Wow...land and home for a good price. Great!

Beautiful pictures and great description. The lawn looks gorgeous. Hope it sells quickly.

Teri ~~ What a nice home!  I hope you find the right buyer this weekend.

Teri good luck with your new listing. The kitchen looks really interesting

Sally, lots of land. The properties in this community are amazing. Still irrigating too......which is wonderful in our dry climate.

Gita, thank you.  That's one reason irrigation is so cool.........your lawn can look like this one. ;-)

Marzena, The sooner the better........;-)

Bill, its a country kitchen! Custom homes take on a life of their own, don't they? ;-)

Hi, Teri - That's a gorgeous view.  I like the shop too.   Great place for our MH.  How deep is it?

Jesse and Kathy, the garage is 14' tall and 45' deep. The bus you see is 40 feet long. The mountains are beautiful in our valley, and the White Tank mountains are located on the west side. Hope to get it sold soon! ;-) Thanks for coming by.;-)

Hi, Teri - Are the doors 14'?  If we sucked it up it might just squeeze in there.  We're at 42'8" w/o the hitch and 13'5" tall... boy, that would be a tight fit.

I'm sure you'll find someone that will buy it.  The acreage and view are great features.

I'll check for you. I know we have another one with a huge garage as well. I'll check with my brother for all of the details if you're interested. ;-)

That particular home is getting quite a bit of attention, and large garages seem to be the rage when you have lots of property. When I find out more details..........I'll send the info your way.

Teri--Your listings are beautiful...They shouldn't be on the market long with such great views!

Teri, thank you!!! I have more, just not enough time to get them up. ;-) This is a great little neighborhood. ;-)

If you think about it, do send the specs.  You're on the wrong coast for us to retire to but we have a lot of clients that winter in Az.

Jesse and Kathy, I'll do it. I already asked my brother to find out, but I haven't followed up with him. Thanks....;-)

Pepper

Jesse and Kathy The doors are 14, but it's only 40' deep. I hope this helps...thanks. ;-)
